I have a Ridgid R4512 table saw that the manufacturer designed to be run on 110 or 220v wiring. Long story short, the wiring all looks as I think it should, and appears to be testing well, BUT the saw won't turn on at all. No hum, no stutter, just dead; "D-E-D" DEAD. Any ideas as to what to check next? Start capacitor ? Motor wires?
