37 quadrajet choke linkage diagram

I followed a walk-through called Ken's Quadrajet Which helped alot but did leave out some things, but that can be expected due to the many variations of this carb. SO, I have it all reassembled, and the only thing I'm not sure on, is the choke linkage set up. I can't really find a picture on the internet of a carb with dual choke vacumn units. Can anybody show me how the secondary lockout and fast idle cam linkage goes together on 4MV Quadrajet please? The carburetor is missing the vacuum break assy. I had manual choke cable hooked up running to dash. Had to rebuild carb, and wasn't paying attention when I disassembled choke linkage.

The setting procedures will be for a Quadrajet 4-barrel- but they are basically the same for the Rochester Dualjet 2-barrel as well, which is the primary side of a Q-jet carb, anyway.
