The other points on the front axle will mirror each other because the brakes and springs will be the same on both sides of the front. If the front has drum brakes, there will be two points on each brake, one for the slack adjuster and one for the S-cam tube. If the front has disc brakes then there are no grease points on them.

Certainly, you lubricate almost every metal part of the handgun, especially if you see signs of wear and shiny contact spots. Know that I am not a certified pistol armorer or gunsmith. Some handguns, like a 1911, may require a different lubrication approach and different lubrication points. I tend to lubricate my 1911s more often for crud buildup.

Shoot it about 500 times, strip it, and look for shiny wear points. Put a toothpick point of gun grease on those points. These babies are designed to be run almost dry and do not benefit from being soaked in oil. Also, clean and thoroughly dry the striker pin and channel - DO NOT lube. Lube traps dirt in this area and can cause malfunctions.
